Teacher Profile

Mediha Ting was born in Belgium, grew up in Hong Kong and educated in the US and the UK. In 1995 while she was studying Fine Arts at California College of Art, CCA, she received Honourable mention in the All College Award (An Open competition for all Arts colleges/universities in the US). She graduated from (Byam Shaw) Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London in 2000. She later earned a Master Degree in Art Policy and Management at Birkbeck College in London.

She has had solo shows in London, California, Shanghai, Hong Kong, UK and Taiwan and her work has been exhibited widely in numerous selected group shows and art Fairs all over the world; including Contemporary Art Auction at Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (CFCCA) in Manchester, Asian Art in London and ScopeBasel Art Fair in Switzerland.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Elaine Chiu is currently studying for a bachelor degree of Fine Arts at The University of Hong Kong. Since 2014, she has held three solo exhibitions in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and has participated in various international exhibitions such as the International Watercolour Festival in Fabriano, Italy, the Affordable Art Fair and the Asia Contemporary Art Show in Hong Kong. Elaine has been awarded the Certificate of Finalist in the Hong Kong Youth Arts Festival 2016, the Certificate of Appreciation in Art Promotion by Sai Kung District Council, and the Talent Development Scholarship by the HKSAR Government Scholarship Fund. Through her watercolour cityscapes, she explores the intertwined relationship between observations and sentiments, painting the city through her eyes and soul.
Miss Long Long is an experienced paper craft specialist. She is also a children storyteller at the H.K Lutheran Social Service "point bug hotline" and qualified Children Psychology Counsellor and Certified Projective drawing practitioner.

Through storytelling, games playing and the arts, kind-hearted Long Long is good at understanding children’s inner world and encourage’s creative thinking, confidence and character building in a pleasant atmosphere.
Alice is a renowned balloon artist and has over 10 years teaching experience in handicrafts such as: soft clay, resin clay, paper clay, low temperature clay, etc. She has numerous professional qualifications and prizes under her belt, including:

  • Asia Balloon Art Academy: Balloon Decoration Artist Valid Practising certificate & Balloon Modelling Artist Valid Practising certificate
  • 2013 Japan Balloon Twisting Convention Twisting Competition Silver Award
  • Involved in Year 2014 JJ Bear Guinness World Record
She was born in Australia and educated in the UK and Hong Kong. She is a high flyer in Art! While studying GCE A-Level Fine Art at Royal High School, Bath; she received highest possible scores. Currently, she is studying Fine Arts bachelor degree at the University of Hong Kong with flying colours.
